Kate qualified in Holistic (Swedish) Massage in 2013 at The School of Natural Therapies in London and hasn’t looked back!
Since then, she’s added multiple new skills to her bow to help you on your healing journey;

“I love the Chinese medicine principles of the balancing masculine and feminine elements that reside within us all. I am also fascinated by the Chinese Meridian system (an intricate network of energetic pathways found throughout the body) and applying the concept of the four elements; earth, water, wind and fire to my future practice.”
Kate loves all things creative; design, dance, music and is a strong advocate in environmental and animal rights. You might see her out & about with her beloved pup Ralphy!
